Official launch of the IRN-FACES Network in the framework of the 4th Energy Future Conference to be held at Sydney from 27 to 29 May 2020. The conference was postponed to 2021 due to COVID-19.

The Second IRN-FACES workshop on Electrochemical Storage and Hydrogen Energy was held at Le Croisic, France, in June 13^th-14^th 2019. It aimed to found the basis of an International Research Network (IRN) between 8 CNRS labs and 4 Australian Universities on conversion and energy storage.

First IRN FACES workshop

The First French-Australian Workshop EF3 Conference on Energy Storage took place at University of New South Wales, in February 5^th-7^th 2018. This first symposium aims to rationalise, unite and strengthen research collaborations in the area of Energy research between Australia and France.
